It was freezing as I stood outside taking photos of the guests as they arrived. How do they do it? Beautiful women in high heels and gowns walking across the plaza leaving their coats in the cars that drooped them off .
This year there were some short dresses as well.
It seemed that anyone who was anyone was dressed in Black or White.
