Hope Funds for Cancer Research held its annual Fellows Dinner on June 7th at a private location in in Newport, RI. The event, hosted by Hope Funds Trustee Andrew Mullen, Ph.D, featured remarks by graduating Research Fellows and introduced 2024 recipients of the Chiles Family Research Fellowship the Parks Fellowship. The postdoctoral fellows described their highly innovative projects that challenge the traditional paradigms associated with understanding the causes, mechanisms, progression, and risk factors of the most difficult-to-treat cancers. The Dinner was followed by a Scientific Convening of Fellows, Alumni, and Mentors, on Saturday, June 8 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport.
