Food Allergy Initiative Spring Luncheon 2012

The Twelfth Annual Spring Luncheon, presented by the Food Allergy Initiative, took place on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Cipriani 42nd Street. Some 600 supporters—a capacity crowd--attended the event, which has raised approximately $758,000 to date. The room looked fabulous as did the crowd. The event was managed by the amazing Harriette Rose Katz joined by her daughter Melissa Rosenbloom, her niece Claudia Warner and the rest of the team from Gourmet Advisory. DeJuan Stroud was responsible for the florals and decor. The big arrangements of blossom were beautiful. Abbey Braverman, Roxanne Palin, and Stephanie Winston Wolkoff were this year’s Co-Chairs. Melissa Rosenbloom was the Event Advisory Chair. Jessica Mukasey Barkoff, Elizabeth Hecker, Jamie Lichtenberg, and Lana Platin were the Goodie Bag Co-Chairs. Liana Silverstein Backal, Nicole Lenner, Melissa Meyers, and Jennifer Fisherman Ruff were the Raffle Co-Chairs. This year’s guest speaker was Dr. Hugh Sampson.
